I made a mistake in my order. How can I change it?

Before delivery:

Just dial +49 (0)80 81/952530. We are available every day from 9:00 am to 5 pm. If your order has not been sent yet, you can cancel any itme by phone.

 

After delivery:

Just return the unused and unopened product and write following note : ordered by mistake.

What if I need to return something?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unopened product within 14 days. We will reimburse you for the amount paid within 24 hours of receipt of the returned goods less delivery costs.
